Fonseka admitted to Prison Hospital – Prisons Commissioner

Former Army Chief Sarath Fonseka was admitted to the prison hospital at Welikada last night, Commissioner General of Prisons Major General V.R. De Silva told Ada Derana. Doctors had confirmed that Fonseka was suffering from an illness, De Silva added.

Dear sir,Rajapakshe,Ponseka and the ilk are WAR CRIMINALS.They should be brought to justice one way or other,including indian administration.
Sarathe Fonseka put pride in Sinhlese people. Unlike Premadasa, JR and that stupied Chandrika he saved our country from this ignornet tamil buggers. Today sihalese can hold there head up and go anwhere with out any fear. I am very proud of Sarathe Fonaseka and our president Mahinda Rajapaksha for liberating our country. So please release Fonseka from prison.

The swearing-in and inauguration of a new Presidential term usually includes a mass prisoner pardon. If Sarath Fonseka is pardoned on the 19th Nov, the day of the inauguration of HE Mahinda Rajapaksa for his second term in office, will Sarath Fonseka refuse to leave prison?
There is clear evidence of Sarath Fonseka’s manouvering to be in the Prison Hospital under the pretext of illness to get away from the rodent infested, leaky roof prison cell.
Sad to see the Prison Commissioner fall hook, line and sinker for this traitor’s manouverings.
Time to appoint Dr Mervin Silva as the prisons Commissioner.
SF is charged with committing high treason. He should never be forgiven because the whole nation would suffer under this idiot as we suffered under VP were he to be liberated. SF will be worse than VP. He will take revenge from all quarters. We have seen his immoral and unjust behaviour during his army carrer. He is no statesman like Hon President. SF has no conscience. He should be found guilty by the Court on overwhelming evidence and sentenced to death. The sentence should be carried out. No mercy for evil-doers. No mercy to VP so should there be no mercy to traitors and evil men.
SF should never be pardoned and released. He has committed seroius and heinous crimes. He will link up with JVP to cause rivers of blood when they take revenge on all sides. SL would slide back to chaos. SF is the enemy of the nation as VP was. He should be found guilty on overwhelming evidence and hanged. The architects of the War of Liberation are Hon President and the Defence Secretary. SF carriedout orders as did the other defence forces officers. It was a combined operation and success. SF should not be singled out for honours he does not deserve.

I agree with Greg Sathyadasa. MR should forgive SF on the 19th Nov. If SF is a true warrior and if he cares for “democracy” and for the “massess”, he should refuse the pardon and serve out the remainder of his term in the rodent infested, leaky roofed cell.
Traitors cannot be forgiven. Not even by the President. SF committed a heinous crime against the nation like the other traitor, Ranil. Let us spare him the suffering of a prison. Why make a martyr out of him? He should be hung with Ranil in honour of the inauguration of Hon President’s second term in office. DC can then erect statues for them in Nediyavan’s and Rudra’s backyards and piss on them daily for all we care.
