United States stresses importance of free and fair elections in Sri Lanka

I thought this woman was replaced by another Ambassador. so why is she talking again ?? Yes, Madam elections are always free and fair in Sri Lanka, unlike those in the US as complained by former President Trump, who incidentally has had two assassination attempts recently.Please talk when you are spoken to only !!!
