Five accused in Avant-Garde case released: Nissanka Senadhipathi granted bail

Five of the thirteen defendants named in the Avant Garde case filed for maintaining a floating armoury, have been released by the Special Permanent High Court-at-bar.
Chairman of the Avant Garde Maritime Services Limited, Nissanka Senadhipathi, released on bail.
