Gotabaya arrives at CoI to give statement

Gotabaya Rajapaksa, former Defence Secretary has arrived at the Special Presidential Commission of Inquiry into Large Scale Corruption and Fraud, a short while ago.
Rajapaksa is to record a statement before the Commission.
