Sri Lanka made 242-9 in 50 overs then despite an outstanding 109 from Shahid Afridi, Pakistan was all out for 226 with three overs to spare.
Sri Lanka 242-9 in 50 overs (Anjelo Mathews 55 not out, Mahela Jayawardene 54, Kumar Sangakkara 42, Shoaib Akhtar 3-41), def. Pakistan 226 in 47 overs (Shahid Afridi 109, Lasith Malinga 5-34) by 16 runs.
