Teachers & Principals fall sick for two days

Members of a number of Teachers’ and Principals’ unions will be on sick leave today and tomorrow.
A two-day sick note campaign will be get underway today at all schools in the country.
The Secretary of All Ceylon Graduate Teachers’ Association E.M.J.S. de Seram said the trade union action is based on salary issues and several other demands.
However members of 27 other unions have decided against backing the sick note campaign.
