Two nabbed with 400kg of Kerala Cannabis

Two suspects were arrested by the Organised Crimes Prevention Division (OCPD) with 400kilos of Kerala ganja, valued at Rs. Rs. 40 million, in Peliyagoda, while transporting the stock at Peliyagoda this morning, Police Spokesman SP Ruwan Gunasekara said.
