Vehicle horns to be checked

Vehicles with sound polluting horns which exceed the decibel limit are being checked from 8.30 am to 10.30 am today at seven entry points to Colombo city, police spokesman SSP Ajith Rohan said.

Check what? Almost all external horns of vehicles are TERRIBLY EXCEEDING the limits. Check how high sound levels are the inside alert beep horns of private public buses.?!
