Anura Dissanayake injured in accident

Janatah Vimukthi Peramua (JVP) Leader Anura Kumara Dissnayake had been admitted to the Ratnapura Hospital a short while ago following an accident, JVP sources said.
JVP MP Sunil Handunnetti said the vehicle of Mr. Dissanayake had collided with a lorry on the Ratnapura-Horana Main Road.
However, MP Handunnetti and the Ratnapura Hospital sources confirmed the condition of Mr. Dissanayake was not serious.
Meanwhile hospital sources said another person who had been injured in the accident was also admitted to the hospital.
They said Mr. Dissanayake will be transferred to the National Hospital in Colombo for further treatment.
