Former chairman of ‘Rakna Lanka’ arrested

Former Chairman of Rakna Lanka Security Company, Victor Samaraweera, has been arrested after surrendering to the Criminal Investigations Department (CID).
He has been arrested over the Avant Garde investigations, stated the Police Media Spokesperson.
