Kotikawatte-Mulleriyawa Pradeshiya Sabha member shot and killed

Kotikawatta Mulleriyawa Pradeshiya Sabha member of Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna (SLPP) Sumudu Rukshan was shot dead in Mulleriyawa.
Two unidentified gunmen who had arrived on a motorcycle opened fire using a pistol at the Pradeshiya Sabha member near Bank Junction in Mulleriyawa this evening (August 02) and fled the scene, police said.
