Mother and daughter burnt to death in Kahawatta

Two burnt female bodies were found early this morning from a house in Kotaketana in Kahawatta, Police Media spokesman SP Ajith Rohana said.
We need to implement death penalty again at least for another 10 years to cope with this crime trend in the country.
