President opens Dhakshina Paya today

Dhakshina Paya, the newly constructed seven storey Southern Provincial Council Ministry complex at Labuduwa, Galle, will be opened by President Mahinda Rajapaksa today.
Dhakshina Paya equipped with all modern facilities has a total floor area of 115, 000 ft that includes seven floors of 15,000 ft area each.
The new building complex also has an auditorium with seating facilities for 500 people. The complex will house five ministries, three provincial government departments and a canteen. The building also has three lifts.
