Russia, Sri Lanka discuss oil refinery, oil and gas exports

Russia energy ministry said on Tuesday its officials have met the director of Sri Lanka’s General Trading Co and discussed a project of oil refinery in Sri Lanka.
They also talked about the possibility of Russian oil and gas exports to Europe.
