Suspect commits suicide inside police cell

A suspect commits suicide by hanging himself inside the cell while in police custody in Narahenpita Police station last night (24).

According to reports, the 32 year old suspect was arrested in connection with financial fraud.

Narahenpita Police is probing the incident further.
