Wilgamuwa PS Chairman, former Chairman arrested again with ganja

Chairman of the Wilgamuwa Pradeshiya Sabha Jayarathne Weerasekera, his driver and the former Chairman Ranjith Kumarasiri were arrested for allegedly transporting 2.8kilograms of Ganja in their vehicle last night, police said.
