Dr. DVJ Harishchandra passes away

Consultant psychiatrist Dr. DVJ Harishchandra has passed away at the Kalubowila Hospital this morning.
Dr. Harischandra is also a celebrated author, his famous books include ‘Psychiatric Aspects of Jataka Stories’.

A Great psychiatrist, my friend and mentor from my village- Mihiripenna-Talpe,my train mate and College mate at St.Aloysius,you were a tower of strength to all the members of the Lama Samajaya at Mihiripenna Ariyakara Viharaya.Very witty you had all of us in good cheer whenever we had the occasion to meet together.
Dear friend and kinsman,we miss you and pray that you be born again with us in your short sansaric sojourn
