Higher Education Ministry to set up new faculty at Sri Jayawardenapura University

The Ministry of Higher Education is taking steps to establish an Engineering Faculty at the University of Sri Jayawardenepura.
Secretary to the Ministry of Higher Education, D.C. Dissanayake said that a plot of land belonging to the government had been allocated for the establishment of the new faculty.
Dissanayake said that the approval of the University Grants Commission had been received for this purpose.
