HOUSE OF ILL FAME IN BAMBALAPITIYA RAIDED: MANAGER, 5 WOMEN ARRESTED

A house of ill fame in Bambalapitiya was raided last night and six persons including five women were arrested.
“The manager of the ‘house’ is also among the arrested and the women, aged between 23 and 40, are residents of Ratmalana, Veyangoda, Padaviya, Dambulla and Anuradhapura,” said the Walana Central Corruption Prevention Unit.
Information has come to light that the house of ill fame had been in operation for several years.
The raid was conducted by a special team led by IP Duminda Balasuriya, Officer in Charge of the Walana Central Corruption Prevention Unit.
