Inter-provincial travel restrictions lifted on October 31

The existing Inter-Provincial travel restrictions will be lifted at 4:00 AM on Sunday, the 31st of October, said Army Commander General Shavendra Silva.
The Army Commander said the decision was reached when the COVID-19 Prevention Task Force convened today (22).
