JHU to support Maithripala Sirisena

The Jathika Hela Urumaya (JHU), a former coalition partner of the ruling UPFA government, has decided to support Common Opposition Candidate Mathripala Sirisena at the forthcoming Presidential Election, JHU General Secretary MP Patali Champika Ranawaka said.

Victory is already in the hands of the Rakapaksas.
The TNA cannot sit on the same table with Hela Urumaya. Sumanthiram is already boycotting joint rallies of the redeemers.
In 2005, The sun god’s initiative to boycott the elections ensured the victory of the Rajapaksas.
An emissary will soon travel in a helicopter with a couple of briefcases to palely airport. Block votes of the Tamil terrorists will flow towards the Blues.

JHU must be thinking that ‘Maithree Bodhisathwa’ is coming to reign Sri Lanka as ‘Sakwithi Raja’ after January 08th because he has a lot of time in hand to become a Buddha.
I pity these JHU people – the so-called patriotic movement of the Sinhalese/Buddhists. They are floating in the clouds dreaming of a just society that didn’t even exist during the Buddha’s period. JHU would not be in parliament had it not been for the Preferential Voting System and they will be a discarded party once the old Electoral System comes into force (if it ever comes).
