Man injured in another motorcycle shooting

A 49-year-old man was injured when he was shot at by two gunmen who arrived on a motorcycle at Delgaha Handiya in Baddegama last night, Police said.
Police said that the victim was riding a motorcycle when two unidentified men on another motorcycle opened fire on him and fled the scene.
The injured man, who was identified as T. Raj Kumara of Hikkaduwa, was admitted to the Karapitiya Hospital.
The incident comes just hours after a similar shooting occurred in Kochchikade resulting in the death of a motorcyclist.
A person riding a motorcycle was shot dead by two unidentified gunmen on another motorcycle in the Wele Kade Junction area in Madampella at around 8.15am yesterday (4).
