Milk powder prices increased

The price of a 400g imported milk powder packet, increased by 20 rupees and 1kg packet by Rs.50 from today, Chairman of Consumer Affairs said.

Rather than importing milk powder, there should have been more government focus on developing our own milk powder nationally.
This would have saved money, and created more jobs.
India’s nationalistic approach to having their own consumer items is a good policy we should adopt wherever possible.
If our politicians loved their country more than acquiring personal wealth, this might be more achievable.
