National Zoological Gardens Director General resigns

Ishini Wickremesinghe has stepped down from her post as the Director General of the National Zoological Gardens.
State Minister of Wildlife Wimalaweera Dissanayake said that she had informed the President about her decision in a letter.
The State Minister said that she had informed in the letter that she would resign from the post due to personal reasons.
