New maximum retail price announced for eggs

The Consumer Affairs Authority (CAA) has issued a gazette notification stipulating the new maximum retail price (MRP) for eggs.

The control prices are as follows:

White Egg: Rs. 44/-

Brown Egg: Rs. 46/-
