Rajitha seeks anticipatory bail

Former Minister Rajitha Senarathne today filed an anticipatory bail application at the Colombo Chief Magistrate’s Court, seeking an order to prevent his arrest in relation to the ‘white van press conference’.

Anticipatory Bail? Is this not the same as checking into a hospital “on medical advice\” when these high profile Politikkas are convicted of a crime, so that they don’t have to actually go to jail? What a bloody laugh!
What we need is a bigger prison to lock up these crooked politician and so called bank managers.
