Salary increase of 18% for employees of CEB, CPC & Water Board

The Cabinet has approved a basic salary increase by 18% for employees of the Ceylon Electricity Board (CEB), the Ceylon Petroleum Corporation (CPC) and the Water Board in addition to the Rs.2500 allowance, the Government Information Department stated.
