Secretaries appointed to new Ministries

President Maithripala Sirisena has appointed the following Secretaries to the new Ministries  today (19) while Mr. E.M.S.B. Ekanayake has been appointed as Secretary to the Prime Minister and Mr.Sumith Abeysinghe as Secretary to the Cabinet of Ministers.
