Supreme Court dismisses petition filed against Samagi Jana Balawegaya nominations

The Supreme Court has decided to dismiss the petition filed seeking a writ order for the Elections Commission to reject the nomination papers submitted by the Samagi Jana Balawegaya for the upcoming general election, without taking it into consideration.
The petition was filed by Oshala Herath who is contesting the General Election under the United National Party.
