20th Amendment becomes the Law of the country

Speaker of Parliament Mahinda Yapa Abeywardena has signed the draft bill of the 20th Amendment to the Constitution today (29).
The signing took place in presence of the Secretary-General of Parliament and Deputy Secretay General of Parliament.
Neil Iddawala, the Chief of Staff & Deputy Secretary-General of Parliament said it becomes the Law of the country from this moment.
