5 leaving Western Province test positive for COVID-19 in random tests

Five persons who were leaving the Western Province today (18) have tested positive for COVID-19 in random rapid antigen tests.
Commander of the Army Lieutenant General Shavendra Silva said 451 persons underwent Rapid Antigen Tests today.
The random tests were conducted from this morning in selected areas along the Kandy Road, Galle Road, Avissawella Road and Chilaw Road.
