Amith Weerasinghe remanded

Mahasohon Balakaya leader Amith Weerasinghe was remanded till May 28 by Colombo Additional magistrate Shalani Perera today.
He was arrested by police yesterday in Teldeniya, Kandy for allegedly espousing racial and religious hatred among communities in the country through social media.

For what reason? Does the police has sufficient reasons to arrest him?
