President Sir,
We can at least have one more Cabinet Minister as ‘ A Minister without Portfolio’. We had a similar Minister in our first Cabinet of Ministers under Premier D.S.Senanayaka. Please appoint a dozen or more under that label. Jolly Good – More the Merrier.
