First death on Southern Expressway

A 26 year old youth has died in the first fatal accident on the Southern Expressway this morning. According to police the victim’s car had skidded off the road near the 21st post near Kalutara.

Everyone in Sri Lanka have to be cautious when driving on Southern Highway where there are only two lanes. The drivers need to be educated properly how to operate their vehicles in highways and road safety of vehicles.

and to thilak ,yr.entry No.4 sounds bit unkind and ungenerous and in no way helps the grieved family to overcome their loss of a family member.Perhaps you yourself realised yr.folly and followed it with your entries Nos.5 & 6 in quick succession to soften its impact on the bereaved family.
The Dead tell no tales hence they are unable to defend themselves.Poor Gentleman over trusted his machine or was unable to read the road conditions.
