Fours persons hacked to death in Eppawala

Four persons from the same family, three females and a male, were hacked to death last night (December 17) in Eppawala, Police stated.
The deceased are said to be a 49-year-old mother, her 23-year-old daughter and the daughter’s husband.
Police said that a 55-year-old woman who is the sister of the mother was also found murdered.
Information has been uncovered that the murdered 23-year-old man had served in the Panagoda Army Camp, police spokesman SP Ajith Rohana said.
