Government says holidays being declared is false rumour

The Department of Government Information says rumours circulating of holidays being declared during the next few days due to the coronavirus situation in the country is false.
“The widely spreading rumor which says that Government has declared holidays in coming days is totally false,” Director General of Government Information Nalaka Kaluwewa tweeted.
