This is shocking news. The judiciary was cleansed of all corruption in Jan this year with the impeachment of the former Chief Justice on the basis of proven charges.
I am surprised to note that remnants of corruption still remaining under the current Chief Justice, Mohan Peries.
I am glad however to note the Bribery Commissioner pursuing illegally accumulated wealth of the former Chief Justice.
Oh ! No ! my god ! Suppression of judiciary !
Here we go, US, UK, Amnesty International, Human rights watch, wake up guys ! Here you have something to survive for another 3 months!
When the former CJ was up to that why not a district judge? However, we do not know for sure until the case against this judge is proved.
Starting from CJ, now its going to become another business.
Great, we are in correct path towards to better future.
If the case against him proved,There is no question his appointment is a political one and must be a government Henchayia.
This Judge was moving around with a private security detail consisting 12 private armed guards ??
How was the Judge able to finance this private security? And what was the fear that required to private security?
This Judge was an outspoken supporter of CJ43 and is well known for his open support the now impeached CJ.
Soemthing smells bad here like fish left behind on the kitchen shelf for 3 days !!!!
