Here we go. More courses.
first is that people ought to learn first is the art to read and apply what the ministers read apply what they read artfully. next learn them what it means to be elected to high office by the people and what people expect. what is morality not as a pseudo theological precept but something people centered. what it is to be a patriot as opposed to mousalini type nationalist at its best and a hitlerite fascisy at it worst. this could be achieved in a 15 day brainstorming session if our politicos can be kept off the bottle
all these are well known to our officials especially the Sri Lanka Administrative officials but how many of them are manning key posts in key institutions like RTI Commission and secretaries to ministries. Do not make our government officials spies for the Indian government
