Jayantha Jayasuriya appointed new Attorney General

Senior Solicitor General Jayantha Jayasuriya was sworn in as the 29th Attorney General of Sri Lanka before President Maithripala Sirisena a short while ago.
The Constitutional Council yesterday recommended Mr. Jayasuriya for the post of Attorney General (AG).
