Congratulations! In democracy the role of the opposition is to hold the government to account and question. Not to be cosy in bed with it. So, please do your job.
How long this going to be?
never like to leave what greed you have time to pack up and leave retire live peacefully collecting merits
Mr MR, time you realised that you are a tired deadwood.
Retire gracefully and be honoured as a Statesman.
There seems clearly political bankruptcy in Sri Lanka’s political scenario. Mahinda Rajapakse being two times president and a past prime minister keenly contesting for the post of leader of opposition. Sri Lankan politics is very similar to the countries in the subcontinent. Our people having 100% literacy often resort to hero worshiping. Rest of the senior members of the SLFP or SLPP seem to be parading with ‘Pooja Vati’ behind Mahinda clearly demonstrates their fear and lack of guts to come forward.
