Mangala Samaraweera’s Formula said:
Maximum Retail Price (MRP) = V1+V2+V3+V4
while the current so-called Minster’s formula is likely to be:
Mahinda Rajapaksa Price (MRP) = V1+ V2+V3+V4+ K
wher K= Kommis paid from the beginning of the oil tender process to the Minister and Associates and konmis to the CPC officers belonging to SLPP Unions + other commissions payable for Night Race Organisers

I breathe easy Mahinda thank you Sir!
