Hon Dr Bandula Gunawardane,
Your Chinese CV infection is a tragedy to the nation.
You are a top level leader claiming the only PhD in the ‘Prosperity and Splendor’ Cabinet.
The only other PhD is Hon Channa Jayasumana, State Minister (not a Cabinet Minister).
You have done yeoman service to the public (eg: Rs 1,000 Rice and parrippu and spice packets) (need 3 packets to make a meal).
You have issued many Gazette Notifications controlling food prices (not read by any).
The prices of food stuff are like a rocket speeding towards Mercury.
With you PhD brain, your analysis of not only Trade, but on on all other state matters, is actually enjoyable as an ongoing comedy.
Hope you recover soon, Dr G, and get back to the ring to keep the Circus going.
We miss you, Sir.
Hope the Chinese CV19 hits his brain.
He may become a rational human being.
