One dead, 2 injured in accident on Expressway

One person was killed and 2 others injured after a vehicle was involved in an accident at Gelanigama on the Southern Expressway, police media spokesman SP Buddhika Siriwardena said.
Police said a SUV had crashed into a post along the expressway killing the driver of the vehicle, a 45-year-old businessman, almost instantly.
His wife and daughter have been admitted to the Horana Hospital with severe injuries.
