PC shoots himself on Valentines Day – Police Spokesperson

A Police constable attached to the Thalangama Police is set to have shot himself at around 6 pm last evening on Valentines’ Day, Police Spokesperson SP Ajith Rohana said.
Although initial reports said that it was due to a love related issue the Police Spokesperson refused to comments citing ongoing investigations.
The PC was sent on duty to the Battaramulla Police area at the time of the incident. He is at the Colombo National Hospital although his condition is critical
