Shani Abeysekara arrested

Former Director of the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) Shani Abeysekara has been arrested by the Colombo Crimes Division (CCD).
The Police Spokesperson said Abeysekara was placed under arrest for fabricating evidence over a firearms case.
