Three dead after three-wheeler collides with truck

Three persons were killed following an accident involving a tipper truck and a three-wheeler in the Dematagala area in Udawalawa this morning.
Three middle-aged men, all of them passengers of the three-wheeler, were killed in the collision which took place at around 6.00am today.
Two of them were pronounced dead upon admittance to hospital while the other succumebed to injuried shortly after, said Dr. Wasantha Kuamarasiri, Director of the Udawalawa Hospital.
