The solution to this is nationalising Prima to place its ownership with the people. If this is done, Prima’s profits that are expatriated overseas can be retained for beneficial use. Also operating expenses for Prima will reduce drastically as a publicly owned company does not have to bribe and do other expensive things to keep all and sundry happy.
