CID summons Namal Rajapaksa

Parliamentarian Namal Rajapaksa, elder son of former President Mahinda Rajapaksa has been issued notice to appear at the CID on 12 June.
MP Namal Rajapaksa who took to twitter and Facebook posted that he has been issued notice to appear but the reason was not mentioned.
“Just received notice to be present at the CID June 12 to record a statement, but no information has been given as to the reason,” the status update said.
