Heavy traffic this morning due to VIP movement

Heavy traffic jams prevailed this morning on several roads leading to Colombo from Rajagiriya due to VIP movement. The traffic jams affected the areas of Town Hall, Ward Place, Horton Place and the Sri Jayawardenapura Kotte Road area in Rajagiriya.
