Lal Kantha arrested for drunk driving

JVP Politbureau member K.D. Lal Kantha has been arrested for drunk driving and causing a motor accident today (01).
The arrest was made by the Anuradhapura Police.
UPDATE (2019-03-02): JVP politburo member K.D. Lal Kantha has been remanded until March 14 after being arrested on charges of drunk driving.

No way …….Taxi driver was dunked! Lal Kantha happened to be there. And the Police happened to be there. Other important thing is Lala Kantha was off duty and he was not engaged in any JVP activity at that time.
